This is a 9' artificial Christmas tree in the box. It has been used a few years and this year the lights on the bottom section didn't light up so we bought a new one. If someone has more patience than I, I'm sure you could get the lights working and have a great looking tree at 1/2 price or you could simply add some more lights.
